Our spa area: The Oasis - Saunas, swimming pool and sun terrace

Drift weightlessly in the indoor pool, doze in a state of deep relaxation in three different saunas, and simply close your eyes in the pool garden – snugly tucked away in your very own cosy shell. At our spa, Die Oase on Langeoog, you can recharge with warmth and serenity.

Pool - Dive in, go underwater, let yourself drift

Our pool is something quite special: the revitalised Grander water feels wonderfully soft, is gentle on the skin and hair, and requires hardly any chlorine. If you like, you can switch on the counter-current system and swim endlessly without having to turn. Afterwards, simply drift along and take a deep breath.

Sauna area - Three saunas, three ways to relax

At our spa on Langeoog, you can relax in three different saunas:

Finnish sauna: classically hot and dry, perfect for unwinding
Steam sauna (35–55 °C): mild and humid, with almost 100 per cent humidity
Aromatherapy sauna (60 °C): gentle heat that’s easy on the circulation, with essential oils

Caves & relaxation areas - Between salt stone, warmth and comfort

After your sauna session, head to the rock grotto or the Himalayan salt grotto, which releases valuable minerals – a moment of well-being that gently stimulates the circulation. In the relaxation rooms with waterbeds, you can switch off completely. The perfect accompaniment: sensory showers, foot baths and fresh crushed ice.

Outdoor areas & gardens - Two garden worlds offering plenty of peace and quiet

In the sauna garden , the plunge tub is there to help you cool off, whilst in the pool garden, cosy loungers invite you to daydream in the sun. Surrounded by greenery and fresh sea air, you can relax completely and soak up the island’s bliss.

Massages - Deep relaxation – so wonderfully light

Release tension, feel the soothing warmth on your skin, take a deeeeeeeep breath: with our massages, everything becomes easier. Whether it’s a flowing full-body treatment or targeted techniques for tired muscles after a long walk on the beach: our experienced team ensures that every touch brings deep relaxation and simply does you good.

In our Beauty Island, you can enjoy soothing treatments such as revitalising thalasso therapies, intensive moisturising treatments or highly effective anti-ageing treatments.
